What you get
Every listing flight covers the angles that matter: front and rear elevations, corner views that show the lot, and wide context shots that place the property in its neighborhood — schools, parks, water, whatever sells the location. For acreage I fly the boundaries so buyers understand what they're actually getting.
Stills come edited and sized for MLS and print. Video gets a clean 60–90 second cut — no cheesy zooms, just steady, honest flying at golden hour when the schedule allows. You get a private gallery link, and the files are yours.
